The deputy-secretary of the Shanxi provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, Gong Hanjiang, paid a visit to the Hebei Xinji Chemical Group’s Pingli Factory, on March 13, to get a report on the factory’s progress. Gong showed his approval for the work done there and made some suggestions on its further development. Accompanying Gong were Fang Weifeng, Ankang’s municipal Party secretary, Wu Ping, the Pingli county Party secretary, and Zheng Xiaodong, head of Pingli.
