1.Peptide ammonium bicarbonate

Introduction: This is a patented national hi-tech product. When metalloproteinase, developed by Beijing Ruiliyuan, is added it can activate nitrogen, phosphate, potassium fixed by soil for crops to absorb. It can also activate trace elements in the soil, greatly increasing utilization rate of fertilizer and reducing fertilizer use and cost to the farmer, while improving the crop yields and quality. In addition to use as a common fertilizer, it has the following functions:

a. Gathers nutrients together, activates soil, stops soil hardening and improves fertilizer use; utilization rate of common fertilizer is only about 35 percent, resulting in nutrient loss and serious waste; the peptide ammonium bicarbonate (with metalloproteinase) gathers nutrients that have not been absorbed in soil for further absorption and utilization by crops; activated soil facilitates root system activity, improving the absorption ability of roots; utilization rate of fertilizer is improved by as much as 65 percent and production by at least 20 percent.

b. Can control release rate of fertilizer modules, playing a control function; researches has shown that nitrogen absorption of plants is most effective in the ionic state; peptide ammonium bicarbonate (with metalloproteinase added) can maintain that ionic state of nitrogen, extend fertilizer validity, with remarkable release control effect; common fertilizer, on the other hand, are volatile, easy to precipitate, difficult to dissolve, and absorption rate by crops is low.

c. The function of 40 kg of this product equals that of 60 kg of common fertilizer; compared with common fertilizer of the same amount, this product can increase output by more than 30 percent; generally, 40 kg of peptide ammonium bicarbonate is applied per mu as basic fertilizer; dosage can be increased or reduced according to local soil and crop conditions; the savings are significant and production increase remarkable.

2.Agricultural ammonium chloride

Specifications: 23.5 percent N (wet)  

Applications: Main purpose is as nitrogen chemical fertilizer; suitable for wheat, rice, and rape; with cotton, it has the function of increasing fiber tenacity and tension and improving quality; high fertilizer efficiency and long duration; can accelerate photosynthesis, facilitate metabolism of crops, promote crop growth, improve pest resistance and increase crop production.

3.Methyl alcohol (CH3OH)

Applications: In small amounts used as solvent, anticoagulant and fuel; mostly used as basic chemical material for formaldehyde, methylamine, formic acid, acetic acid, sodium methoxide, fiber, pesticide, dye, medicine, and paint; also used in the defense industry.

4.Potassium bicarbonate

Ammonium bicarbonate (NH4HCO3)

Specifications: 17.2 percent N (Superior); 17.1 percent N (first class products); 16.8 percent N (qualified).

Applications: Used mainly as nitrogenous fertilizer; suited to various soils; long-term use does not harden soil; can be used to produce electronic-grade potassium carbonate and electronic-grade soft magnetic ferrite; after special processing, can be used as food additive.

5.Large particle ammonium bicarbonate

Specifications: Nitrogen content ≥17.1 percent; water content <3.5 percent

Appearance: White particles

Applications: Physiologically neutral nitrogen fertilizer suited to various soils and crops; characteristics of quick fertilizer, efficient and not soil hardening; can be applied to most crops, such as wheat, rice, millet, cotton, fruit, and vegetables; can last 65-70 days, with nutrient utilization rate increased 50 percent; 1 kg of large-particle ammonium bicarbonate is equivalent to 1.5 kg common ammonium bicarbonate; can be used as base fertilizer or additional fertilizer.

6.Liquid ammonia

Specifications: Ammonia content ≥ 99.9 percent (high class); ammonia content ≥ 99.8 percent (first class); ammonia content ≥ 99.6 percent (qualified) 

Applications: Ammonia plays a major role in the national economy, with many applications and is used to produce many other chemical products; mainly used in industry for explosives and chemical fibers and plastic; also as refrigerant in compression and absorption systems of ice-making, air conditioning and refrigeration; in metallurgy, ammonia is used for scrap detinning, or in getting copper, molybdenum and tungsten from ore; after decomposition into nitrogen and hydrogen, liquid ammonia can be used to treat alloy-steel plate to harden the surface; in addition, it plays an important role in the rubber, medicine, and daily chemical industries.

Packaging and transport:

a.Steel cylinders or tanks for liquid ammonia need to comply with State Labor Bureau "Safety supervision  gas cylinder" and "Safety supervision pressure vessel"regulations. Weight/volume  ratio is 0.53 kg/l. Steel cylinders and tanks need periodic purification treatment, such as water washing and drying.

b.Steel cylinders for oxygen or chlorine and all vessels containing copper are not to be used for liquid ammonia.

c.All air in vessels to be used for liquid ammonia must be removed before filling (air content below 15%); if steel cylinders are used for other gases, they must have all residual gas removed through cleaning and verification, in compliance with State Labor Bureau “Safety supervision on gas cylinders” and “Safety supervision on pressure vessel” regulations. Weight/volume limit is 0.53 kg/l. Steel cylinders or tanks can be used only after purification treatment such as water washing and drying.

d.Steel cylinders and tanks must comply with Ministry of Communication Rules for the Transport of Dangerous Goods. During transportation, avoid exposure to heat and open flames. Steel cylinders must have safety caps and be wrapped with straw or rubber to prevent being jarred or hit.
